Default Post With Excerpt

This is the post excerpt. Pages do not have this option.

Posts can have excerpts, pages can not

To add an excerpt to a post…

Select the document tab. It’s at the right hand side of the post editor. Then expand the excerpt tab to type your excerpt text.

Remember only POSTS have excerpts. PAGES DO NOT have excerpts.
